Woo hoo! Good job stocking up college-style: Maggi mee and Diet Coke :P That's the stuff of all-nighter champions!

Have fun, Bing Bong! :) Wish I coulda chatted more with you before you left, but alas...

Be well... and it's always good to hear from you :)

looks like you're having fun already! Maggi mee will tide you over till you find the discounted frozen foods section of Safeway and their meat pie price specials...

one more pc of advice - Melbourne goes beyond Clayton & Springvale, so do step out to the city once in a while so you don't come home to complain abt how BORING the place is ;)

take care :)

Ok, the room looks decently set up so it looks like they do give you some value for the high rent you're charged for the room!

The maggi mee is supposed to tide you over to the next morning as you are sometimes like a "hungry ghost". There are only enough supply for 1 packet a week so it's not actually that much.

Ta!
Your mum

Don't worry - if you run out, I'm sure you'll find some shop hidden away in the depths of Chinatown that will sell you some Maggi mee!

Can't believe you're already unpacked and organised so soon! I've been back for 4 days and there's still so much to do in the new place!

nah, you don't really have to go all the way to Chinatown in the city to stock up. Simply head down to the Asian grocery in Clayton and like I said, you'd probably find a new brand to top your Maggi tomyam!

You might think this sounds strange but my friends and I went berserk over Indomie (made in Indonesia version). It's not the same as what we have back in Malaysia 'cos it's got extra sauces and condiments packed inside. We buy them by the box! YUMM!!

P.S. My room in Roberts was far bigger than yours. Haha.

Hehehe You're so sad, Jason :P

Haha. Hey, I'm sure you had your strange ways back then as well.
